MCCMS login page final design

Finalized page design of the login page for the Church Management System project I've been part of.

Kept the interface to the point and minimal to reduce distraction while reusing the colour scheme.

For the gray labels in the textbox, they are actually separate label tags which fade out when the user clicks on them.

Because the site does not support Internet Explorer 6 and 7, the form is disabled for these users and they are instead directed to www.abetterbrowser.org to choose more up-to-date browser.
